Commissions Info.

Terms of Service.

Please CAREFULLY READ ALL of the following terms before commissioning me. If you wish to commission me, you will be paying for my art style which is shown in my price sheet, social media, and portfolio website. I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

  • I have the right to refuse a commission request.

  • I have the right to stop or cancel a commission if there is poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or anything that goes against my terms of service from the client’s side.

  • I have the right to post the commission work on social media and portfolio websites for self-promotion purposes unless otherwise discussed.

  • The client will not receive the fully produced artwork if the client has not paid the rest of the payment by the end of the progression.

  • All preparation materials, visuals, and sketches, including all electronic files, used to create the commission remain the property of the artist, Jenel/innerwings.

Things I Will and Will Not Create

Can Do:

  • Original characters (OC)

  • Fanart of Anime/Game/Manga characters

  • Pets and Animals

  • Pre-Existing Fantasy Creatures and Characters

  • Your DnD Characters

  • IRL Self

  • IRL Friends/Family (who gave consent to be drawn)

  • Couple/Pairs

  • Background/Props

  • NSFW

Can NOT Do:

  • Excessive Gore

  • Political Art

  • Illegal Activity

  • Offensive Imagery

  • Any character that client does NOT own rights to (unless it is fanart)

  • Tracing or Plagiarizing another artist’s work

Process

After submitting the commission form, please allow 1-3 business days for me to get back to you via email/discord about the status of your commission. This email/message will contain my estimated timeline, if you’re on the waitlist, the exact price, and any questions I might have about the commission piece. If you need your commission sooner than the estimated timeline, please ask about rush fees.Sketches and/or thumbnails will be sent to client for approval before moving forward with the piece. Once I get approval, the client must send the first half of the payment. During the process, I will keep you updated about how it is going, along with work-in-progress screenshots.After I finish creating the commission and it is ready to send, the client must send the second half of the payment. Once I receive the final payment, I will share the link that contains all of the art and/or graphic design files.

Revision

Any edits DURING the sketch phase and BEFORE approval are free since the client has not made the first payment.Any major edits AFTER the sketch phase and approval will have an additional charge of 50% of the original price, depending on how big the edit will be. Major edits include changing: Character/Subject, Overall composition, Setting of the Detailed Background, Character’s entire clothes and hairstyle, etc. Anything that pushes the estimated timeline further is a major edit. If the major edit is a mistake on my part, then I will not charge.Small edits, like changing the color of the accessory, background, eyes, shape of eyebrows, color scheme, and any small detail, are done for free.

Payment Method

All payments are done through Paypal. I will be sending you the invoice through email or discord.If you are unable to use Paypal, then please contact me to discuss other options. Client is allowed to pay 100% upfront, but I recommend doing a 50/50 payment. The first half of the commission price must be paid after approving the sketch, then the second half must be paid before I send the final product. Additional charges can be paid at any time during the progression or included in the second half payment.

Cancellation

No refunds or cancellations are allowed once the commission has been started, so please make sure you are 100% sure before commissioning me. If I am the one canceling your commission, you will receive a refund based on how much of the commission is finished.

Delivery and Posting

Client will not receive any physical products. After client has paid the full invoice, I will put the finished art/graphic design files in a Google Drive folder and share the link via email or Discord. Please make sure you download everything when you receive it because I will clean out my google drive after 3-6 months.The commissioner may not resell or claim credit for the creation of the artwork. They may not mint the art as an NFT or use it in any other type of cryptocurrency or marketing. All commissioned works are for personal use. The commissioner can use it for commercial purposes if they have discussed it and got approval from the artist, innerwings.Every commission work still belongs to me, Jenel (innerwings), and I have the right to post these works on my social media, portfolio, and create content or promo with them.The client can post the commission on their social media or website for personal use, icon, profile picture, banner, etc as long as I am properly credited and linked. I must be credited in the bio or description in one of these ways:

Hi! I am Jenel, also known as "innerwings" online. I am a digital artist and graphic design major.
I specifically draw characters, like ocs, concept art, and fanart of my favorite video games and anime, but I am trying to expand to other types of digital art, like animation. My commissions are open! With every commission, I always make sure it is perfect before sending it off. Commissions are what help me continue being a digital artist/graphic designer and pursue my dreams to make it full-time. It helps me afford the materials I use/want to get and pay off college!
